The first round of the tourney, the Chargers had a rough time with Adrian. Everything the Chargers put up, seemed to roll around the rim and fall out. Final score was 15 - 40. The leading scorer was Malori Paplow with 4 points. Whitney Frank, Amanda Deprez, Erin Vosberg and Jenny Hoffman had 3 points each. In the second game against Edgerton the girls were non-stoppable, winning 46 - 13 to claim 3rd place. Leading scorers were Erin Vosberg and Malori Paplow with 11 points each. Emily Helmer and Jenny Hoffman each had 8 points, Alisha Parker with 4 points and Whitney Frank and Amanda Deprez each with 2 points. The Charger girls won by 33 points: Amy Byers played very strong on defense, coming up with a few steals. By Coach Rob Prson The Chargers hosted the Comfrey Rockets on January 16, 2004 at Walnut Grove. The first quarter was a battle. After one, the score WWG 4 - Comfrey 6. At halftime, the score was WWG 9 - Comfrey 16. Final score at the end of regula- tion the Chargers ended up on the losing end, 45 - 21. The girls played very hard, though. Leading scor- er was Malori Paplow with 16 points, Jenny Hoffman had 3 points and Emily Helmer had 2 points. Whitney Frank, Erin Vosberg, Amanda Deprez,.
