FARM EQUIPMENT Westbrook City Council Regular Meeting January 4, 2010 The Westbrook City Council met on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council room. Members present: Mayor: Rocky Kolar, Council mem- bers: John Madson, Digger Phelps, Craig Jans and Jan Johnson. Others present: Dan Joel, Alan Wahl and Dennis Jutting Mayor Rocky Kolar presided at the meeting. Motion by Madson and seconded by Phelps to approve the minutes from the December 7, 2009 coun- cil meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried. Police Chief, Alan Wahl presented the police report, which was reviewed and approved by the council. All voted in favor. Motion car- ried. Motion by Madson and seconded by Johnson to approve the premise license for the Loose Moose. All voted in favor. Motion car- ried. Motion by Johnson and seconded by Phelps to approve the Lutheran Social Service Site Contract used for meals on wheels. All voted in favor. Motion car- ried. Motion by Jans and sec- onded by Madson to approve the Part Time wages and C.O.L increase. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
