Plowing or farming (except for a perennial hay crop). 2. Erection of fences of any kind except for cattle passes. 3. Digging holes and excavating, removing earth, etc. 4. Obstructing drainage or draining of sewage or any other noisome material into ditch. 5. Placement of buildings. 6. Placement of advertising devices or signs. 7. Damaging or defacing any highway sign, structure, or other installation. 8. Removal of right-of-way markers.
