Present for all or portions of the meeting were: 5 Commissioners; Auditor/Treasurer Jan Johnson; Adm. Assistant Kelly Thongvivong: County Attorney Doug Storey; Jerry Engstrom and Jeff Minor. Routine Items - approved by unanimous vote: to approve additions to the agenda; to approve the minutes of the May 27, 2003 meeting; adjourn- ment. Additional Action Items - approved by unanimous roll call or regular vote: to award low bid to W. Hodgman & Sons in the amount of $220,260.75 for overlays on CSAH 8 & CSAH 10; to allow for final payment and acceptance of SAP 17-606-22 - CSAH 6 Double Lake Erosion Control Project; to allow Engstrom authorization to advertise Tandem Truck for sale after first offering to county town- ships and cities to purchase; to allow Engstrom to open bids for CSAH 13 project on July 2nd and to award bids on July 8th; to allow Windom Chamber of Commerce to use the Courthouse grounds for Riverfest Celebration; to accept quote from Ultimate Data Systems in the amount of $2,075 for more memory to the AS400 computer system; to pay $100 appropriation to Windom American Legion Post #206 for the Memorial Day Program. Assistant OFFICIAL PUBLICATION Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners Board of Equalization Meeting June 17, 2003 The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners met for the annual Board of Equalization meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. at the Cottonwood County Courthouse in Windom, MN. Present were: 5 Commissioners; Auditor/Treasurer; Adm. Assistant; County Assessor Gale Bondhus and Appraisers Kathy Kretsch and Donna Torkelson. Also present were: Frank McDowell and Clark Lingbeek. Chairman Oeltjenbruns called the meeting to order. Assessor Bondhus presented the recommended changes to the board and reported on the 2003 estimated market values for Cottonwood County and changes within classes. Approved by unanimous vote to adjust Parcel 11.036.0302 m Midway Township to reflect a decrease of $4,000 for asphalt value that was removed from the site in 2000. Approved by unanimous vote to make an adjustment to the classification of the porch on Parcel 25.752.0060 and to allow an extra 5% depreciation on Parcels 25.752.0050 and 25.752.0060.
