He was a Downe Syndrome baby and lived with his parents until he was 12 years of age. He lived in Cambridge and I.ester Prairie and his last home was with the Charles Weber's in Howard Lake, MN since 1987. He died suddenly and unexpectedly at this home on August 28, 1991. He was a beloved person and will be sadly missed by sisters and families, Shirley and Dick Knakmuhs, Walnut Grove, Delores and Bernie Menter, Lamberton, brothers, Archie and Marlys Embree, Lebanon, OR, Mervyn anti Mary Ann Embree, Lamberton, and Alan and Mabel Embree, Lamberton, his parents Frank and Alice Embree, Lamberton and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 31, 1991 at the Wing-Bain Funeral Chapel at Granite Falls, MN with Rev. Rosemary Walker officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Granite Falls, MN. Victor R. Hansen Funeral services for Victor R. Hansen were held Friday, August 30, 1991 at Storden Baptist Church, Storden, MN at 10:30 a.m with Rev. Rick Cornish officiating. Organist was Mrs. Robert Prim. Soloist John Hansen was accompanied by-Joyce Madson. Hymns included "All The Way My Savior Leads Me," He The Pearly Gates Will Open," and "Welcome Home, Children." Piano solo recessional "We Shall Behold Him" by Haps Hansen. Ushers were Earl Arfsten and Keith Madson. Casket bearers were Andrew Hansen, David Fjeld, Richard Christianson, Les Radcliffe, Gary Hildebrandt, Arlen Knoa and Gary Jacobs. Interment was in Storden Baptist Cemetery. Victor R. Hansen was born in Cottonwood County, MN on June 3, 1910. His parents were the late Jens C. and Emma (Peterson) Hansen. He received his education in the Storden Public Schools and ~raduated from Storden High chool. As a young man of I I years, Victor received the Lord as his ~Savior and followed Him on September 4, 1921.
