PUBLIC NOTICE Westbrook City Council Regular Meeting September 9, 2013 The Westbrook City Council met on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the city council room. Members present: Mayor Dennis Phelps; council - John Madson, Marv Sorenson, Jan Johnson and Manda Jorgenson. Others present: Dan Joel, Carl Conrad and Dennis Jutting. Mayor Dennis Phelps presided the meeting. Motion by Sorenson and seconded by Madson to concrete and install a step in the spring of 2014. The gutter that had been repaired has a leak in it. The city crew will seal up the area that was fixed to prevent any further leaking. Motion by Madson and seconded by Johnson to approve the Exempt Permit for WAV event on October 10. All voted in favor. Motion carried. Utility Superintendent Jutting presented a drawing of the new transmission line that will cut across the mid- dle of the field. ITC is cur- rently doing some of the work; however council will be getting easement paper- work in the near future.
