The parade will start at the library and then go down both sides of Main Street. ---, Ioween Fall Festivcl The Westbrook Area Volunteers are holding a Halloween Festival geared for area kids K-6 at the Westbrook Community Center on Sunday October 27 from 4-6 p.m. There will be crafts, hay rides, treats, games, costume contest, plus be sure to enter the Jack-o-lantern contest.
