A celebration of life for Paul was held Friday, November 8, 2013, at the Faribault Elks Lodge, 131 Lyndate Ave. N Faribault MN. Survivors include his daughter Brandi; great granddaughter Brieahna; fianc6e Crystal; brother Howard (Brenda); sisters Sandra Zetah, Lynn James, Tamie (Jerry) Ward, and Anna Marie Zuidema; nieces and nephew Steve (Cindy), Jenny (Augie), Angle, Alicia, Anna (Matt); Joe, and Jason. Preceding him in death were his parents Eleanor and Paul. Lorraine Meek Funeral services for Lorraine Meek were held Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Westbrook Presbyterian Church. Interment was in the Bethel Cemetery in Garvin. Online condolences may be sent via www.stephensfuneral- Lorraine Meek age 88 of Westbrook died Sunday, November 3, 2013 at her home. Lorraine Mac (McKenzie) Meek was born to Roger and Beulah (Hatton) McKenzie on September 8, 1925 north of Garvin, Minnesota. At a young age they moved into Garvin and she attended grade school there. Lorraine graduated from Tracy High School. In 1945 she married Donald Meek at the Congregational Church in Garvin. They had two sons, Leroy and Dennis. They moved to Tracy where she worked as a nurse at the hospital for several years. They moved to Iowa for several years and then back to Westbrook in 1988. The family joined the Presbyterian Church. Lorraine had many hobbies including fishing, crafts, making quilts, and playing all sorts of games with family and friends. Survivors include her sons: Leroy of Colorado and Dennis (Millie), Ida Grove, IA; four grandchildren: Roger and Jean Meek of Iowa, Dawn and Boyd Miller of Illinois, Claudine and Robb Harskamp of Texas, and D.J. and Myra Meek of Iowa; six great grandchildren: Mackenzie, Noah, Ryder, Riley, Lynde and Parker; 'her brother Lyle McKenzie; sisters-in-law Dorsie Lewis, Lila Bailey, Lois Reynolds, and Norma Meek; as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband Donald and two broth- ers Cecil and Dale. Eleanor F. Iverson Bakken Service for Eleanor F. Iverson Bakken was held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Lamberton, MN November 12, 2013. Interment was at Old Westbrook Lutheran Cemetery. On line condolences may be left for the family at www. Eleanor F. Iverson Bakken, age 97, Lamberton, MN died November 9, 2013, at Valley View Manor Care Center in Lamberton, MN. Eleanor Frances Iverson Bakken was born February 9, 1916, in Ann Township, Cottonwood County, the daughter of Alfred and Marie (Warner) Highby. She was baptized and confirmed at Old Westbrook Lutheran Church and graduated from Lamberton High School. After attending Teachers Training in Lamberton, she taught school at District 4 and District 25 in Cottonwood County. She was united in mar- riage to Elton Iverson on January 1 l, 1938 at Old Westbrook Lutheran Church. She was an active member of Old Westbrook Lutheran Church, enjoyed entertaining family and friends in her home, and was a member of Highwater Friendly Garden Club. Elton and Eleanor wintered many years in Arizona. Elton died on October 29, 1985. On March 12, 1988, Eleanor was united in marriage to Lenor Bakken. Eleanor was an advocate for adults and children with special needs. Survivors include her children - Ellen (Ken) Arnsdorf, Jeffers, MN, Glen (Joan) Iverson, Lamberton, MN, Kern (Shirley) Iverson, Lamberton, MN and Bruce Iverson, Pipestone, MN; 7 grandchildreni 9 great grandchildren; step children - Sandy Olson, Lee (Phyllis) Bakken and Kim Bakken; step grandchildren; a sister - Lila Esse, Northfield, MN; a brother - Russell (Charlotte) Highby, Lamberton, MN, sisters-in:law - Joyce Iverson, Cloquet, MN and Mearl Keithahn, Storden, MN; and many nieces, neph- ews, cousins, and friends.
