Shelly's planned major is Accounting For complete and qualified Auction Service Area conservationists honored at State Convention Kenneth and Laurice Kastner, Sanborn, from the Cottonwood Soil and Water Conservation Dislrict (SWCD) were honored as Conservation Cooperators at a luncheon sponsored by "The Farmer" magazine at the 54th annual convention of the Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts (MASWCD). The convention was Dec. 2, 3, and 4 at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center. Conservation Cooperators are local farmers and landowners who are recognized by their SWCD for contributions to soil and water conservation. Kenneth and Laurice Kastner have a 600 acre corn/soybean farm in addition to a feeder cattle operation.
